About the program

Disability In Motorsport Mentorship is a unique mentorship experience designed to build a sense of community and global connection, increase awareness for disabled people in motorsport, and facilitate personal and professional growth, less experienced individuals – mentees – will be paired with more experienced peers – mentors – connecting individuals and enhancing confidence through these relationships.

Through near-peer mentorship, we match mentees with mentors who are a few steps ahead in their career journeys—ensuring relevant advice, relatable experiences, and meaningful connections.


How the mentoring program works:

1.Create a profile.

Sign up as a mentor, mentee, or both. Complete your profile to help us understand your needs and experiences.

2. Get Matched.

We’ll find the most suitable mentor or mentee for you, based on your personal and professional goals. You’ll receive a match proposal, and once both parties agree, your mentorship begins.

3. Engage & Grow.

Over three months, you’ll have at least four scheduled meetings—two in the first month and one per month afterwards. This structured approach ensures meaningful progress and strong relationships.
